## Description

We're looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key driver in our mission to accelerate and de-risk customer outcomes, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our most complex customer engagements. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team, guide technical teams through key architectural decisions, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence at every stage.ipline

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team

- Guiding technical teams through key architectural decisions

- Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and dependencies

- Delivering high-quality deliverables, status reports, program plans, and customer responses

- Managing all aspects of a program, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources

- Acting as the primary point of escalation for customers regarding technical delivery issues

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to stay current on technology trends, make sound technical decisions, and communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $141,800-$195,050 USD per year, depending on location, plus eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
