We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our team in Japan. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and leading projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for professional services and signature success plans

- Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution and client satisfaction

- Manage client relationships and drive business growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement industry-specific solutions

- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in professional services, delivery, or solution sales

- 5+ years of people management experience

- Strong knowledge of CRM and AI technologies

- Experience in the manufacturing industry

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
