## Description

We are seeking a Product Development Management Trainee to join our team.

**Job Overview** As a Product Development Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of insurance products.

**Responsibilities** Product Research:

- Collect and analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform product development

- Monitor regulatory policies in the life insurance industry to ensure product compliance

- Identify new market opportunities and analyse product data feedback

- Participate in the development of industry service ecosystems

Product Design:

- Contribute to creating product value propositions for different customer groups

Product Management:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, tracking project progress and identifying issues

- Ensure smooth product launches and drive continuous improvement

- Prepare regulatory reports to meet compliance requirements

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields

- Strong organisational culture fit with AIA, demonstrating humility, diligence, and a winning mindset

- Excellent English language skills

- Outstanding goal-setting, adaptability, learning ability, resilience, and self-motivation

- Willingness to accept rotational assignments across departments and locations
