Responsibilities:

- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

- Work independently but receive guidance and direction from leaders, then determine the best approach to accomplish work.

- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.

- Stay current on industry trends and serve as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices; coach others as needed.

- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality design and deliverables.

- Advocate for new features within a product to address customer needs.

- Track metrics for product adoption and success.

- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C/C++.

- Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments.

- Ability to architect and design distributed systems.

- Ability to use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
