Join the Ford Product Development team as a Supervisor Body Control Software. You'll lead a team of Embedded Software and automation developers, analyzing product requirements, planning, and delivering software based on committed milestones.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of Embedded Software and automation developers

- Analyze product requirements, plan, and deliver software based on committed milestones

- Create product development backlog and run daily scrum meetings

- Utilize Jama to design and develop embedded software components using C programming language

- Drive code reviews, integrate, and build the Basic software platform using Davinci Configurator

- Verify and debug critical issues and modify low-level drivers

- Contribute to product success through consistent on-time delivery of high-quality software components

- Scale, modify, and refactor existing software components to meet new architecture requirements

- Collaborate with Ford architecture and validation teams, tool vendors, and AUTOSAR basic software partners

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation

- 6 years of experience with designing and developing software components using C programming language for real-time embedded systems

- Experience with software configuration management and version control using GitHub, PTC Integrity, or SVN

- Experience with capturing requirements using JAMA or DOORS

- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software on hardware benches

- Experience with developing embedded software within the AUTOSAR architecture using Vector DaVinci and EB Tresos
