## Description

The Workplace Experience team at Electronic Arts oversees workplace environments and employee experiences globally. As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will focus on creating experiences and spaces that directly affect employee effectiveness, provide a healthy physical office environment, and build community and connectedness among employees.

You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager (Site Lead) and other teams to coordinate location operations, health and safety, workplace design, onsite services, and employee community and experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct support and project assistance to the Site Lead

- Developing working relationships with departments and partners

- Managing vendor negotiations and cost management

- Overseeing third-party vendors for office services

- Coordinating Studio-wide events and engagement programmes

- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for Workplace Experience functions

- Introducing and implementing new programming and services

- Supporting the onsite Occupational Health Programme and participating in quarterly joint Health and Safety reviews

- Maintaining studio cleanliness and aesthetics to EA standards

- Supporting sustainability programming and related utility data collection

- Working with Studio and other support departments on new hire onboarding and employee and departure processes

- Being on call 24/7 for emergency situations

The ideal candidate will have:

- College coursework or equivalent in a related area

- Three (3)+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or similar environments

- Hospitality experience an advantage

- Excellent communication skills in French and English
