## Description

We are looking for an UI/UX & Graphic Designer to take the lead on Graphics, Design, and Usability at AVL. This is a unique role where you will own the end-to-end UI/UX journey,from shaping modern user interfaces for global customer solutions to defining our internal corporate identity.

Your Responsibilities:

- Completed education or degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, UI/UX design, or a comparable field

- At least three years of relevant professional experience in graphics, design, and usability

- Experience in designing digital user interfaces and a strong sense for user guidance and visual communication

- Skills in creating and maintaining style guides and corporate design standards

- Creative thinking, strong quality awareness, and a structured, independent working style

- Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse departments

- (Desirable) Experience in creating and editing videos or animated content

- Good English and German language skills (spoken and written)
