## Description

As a Key Account Manager at SWIGGY, you will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city.

Your primary role will be to act as a touchpoint for these restaurants, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of multi-outlet restaurants, handling 30-40 high-value accounts with 2-10 outlets each

- Building relationships with franchise owners, regional managers, and operational heads

- Developing a consultative strategy to help restaurants think about their growth across areas such as optimizing delivery times and increasing order frequency

- Conducting monthly visits to key accounts to understand operations, gather feedback, and surface new opportunities

- Analyzing performance and presenting growth strategies using advanced analytics

- Identifying expansion opportunities with existing accounts

- Creating executive presentations and ROI models using Excel

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or enterprise sales

- Proven progression from SDR/AE to AE or AM role

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization

- Strong understanding of the restaurant ecosystem, including unit economics and delivery margins

- MBA/PGDM preferred
