## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead its expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be a builder who is comfortable with the 'zero-to-one' phase of regional growth.

Responsibilities:

- Drive regional growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness

- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences

- Own end-to-end organization of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars

- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting

- Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations

- Adapt ElevenLabs' global voice to resonate with Spanish and Italian business cultures

Requirements:

- Fluent Polish speaker

- Fluent English speaker

- Proven track record of implementing marketing projects from start to finish and holding oneself accountable for ROI

- Entrepreneurial background with a strong drive and history of high engagement

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple workstreams

- Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including numbers analysis, performance knowledge, campaign planning, and event organizing

- DRI mentality for all marketing operations

Nice to Have:

- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management

- Product marketing sense and design skills

- Deep understanding of the Southern European tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts
