## Description

We are seeking an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, Washington, San Antonio, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of procurement processes and supply base management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Measuring key performance indicators

- Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources

- Preparing reports

- Reviewing procurement/planning systems

- Creating plans and policies for execution of procurement activities

- Coordinating schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

- Documenting and participating in the implementation of lean improvements

- Communicating project objectives and activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.

The successful candidate will have:

- 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

- 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Preferred qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 3+ years of experience with government proposals

- 3+ years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts

Salary ranges are as follows:

- Tukwila, WA: $74,800 - $92,400

- San Antonio, TX: $69,700 - $86,100

- Oklahoma City, OK: $64,600 - $79,800
