**Job Summary** As a Principal Associate, Data Scientist on our LLM Customization Team, you will partner with a cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with data scientists, applied researchers, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to develop AI-driven products.

- Utilize a broad range of technologies, including Pytorch, Hugging Face, AWS Ultraclusters, LangChain, and VectorDBs, to uncover insights in large datasets.

- Apply expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to harness the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), adapting and fine-tuning them for business-specific applications.

- Develop NLP models throughout the development lifecycle, from design to deployment, in partnership with engineering teams.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, translating them into tangible business goals.

**Requirements**

- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with relevant experience in data analytics.

- Experience with advanced ML and DL technologies, including language models, and hands-on experience with LLMs and open-source tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Master's or PhD in a STEM field with experience in data analytics.

- Experience working with AWS, Python, Scala, or R, and machine learning.

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM), fine-tuning, and deep learning.
