## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Key Accounts - Hotels to lead a brand new, globally distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers at Airbnb. As a key member of the Airbnb Hotels team, you will build and lead a team to win and onboard high-value, above-property hotel groups with hundreds of hotels across multiple continents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a key, strategic or enterprise accounts team, ideally globally distributed, and a network and reputation in travel and hospitality, specifically in hotels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and leading a globally distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers

- Developing and executing the Key Accounts playbook in line with global strategy

- Managing and growing relationships with multi-national hotel groups

- Analyzing growth and key metrics to identify trends and surface new business opportunities

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technical Support, and Hotels Cross-Functional Leadership

Requirements:

- 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in sales or account management roles in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce

- 6+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams

- Established relationships with, or deep knowledge of, major hotel groups across the global hospitality landscape

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of creating teams, playbooks, and processes

- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior executives

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience in the hospitality technology space, including familiarity with OTAs and hotel distribution

- Proficiency with tools such as CRM tools, project management tools, and business intelligence tools

- French or another major European language

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The base pay range for this role is £94,000-£118,000 GBP per year.
