## Description

As a Rooms Division Attendant with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our onboard facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience.

- Maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols.

- Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.

- Promptly set up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events.

- Responsibly use consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.

- Maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition.

- Be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.

- Embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.

- Share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues.

- Follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.

- Maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure continuous compliance with hotel-related policies.

- Promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels.

Requirements:

- A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts is also required.

- Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas is essential.

- Furthermore, the ability to communicate effectively in English is necessary.

- Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

- Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities.

- Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality.

- Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience.
