- Providing strategic advice and analysis on financial impact, performance, and risk

- Leading a Business Partner team effectively to ensure effective support and advice to the business

- Establishing a positive and collegiate working environment, supporting and motivating team members

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a strong track record of delivering challenging projects at pace. You will also need to hold a full chartered level professional qualification awarded by a UK-recognised accountancy body.
