## Description

Diageo is seeking an HR professional to manage key IR/ER, statutory compliance, employee welfare, training, and engagement activities at their Nashik, Maharashtra location.

The successful candidate will partner with the business to maintain a positive and productive employee environment, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, including union engagement, grievances, and disciplinary cases

- Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits

- Driving employee welfare activities and acting as an interface between employees, union, and management

- Planning and executing annual Training & Development and Employee Engagement calendars

- Managing contract workforce compliance, attendance, and related HR processes

- Preparing HR/IR dashboards and supporting manpower productivity and workforce optimization initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- 6-10 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/unionized factory environment

- Strong knowledge of IR, ER, labour laws, and statutory compliance

- Prior experience in Welfare Officer responsibilities preferred

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, IR, or equivalent

- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi, with good communication skills in English
