As a Health Strategy & Development, Specialist (Assistant Manager for Panel Management), you'll contribute to developing health strategies, ecosystems, and propositions that deliver superior customer value, achieving company KPIs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and articulate the Health Strategy, incorporating inputs from SMEs across all Health Proposition teams

- Explore and develop new strategic partnerships to create new health value-added services and programs

- Strengthen existing partnership relationships and streamline processes for operational efficiency

- Prepare business cases for Health projects and support project development

- Collaborate with departments, Group Office, and partners to drive new initiatives and achieve KPIs

- Stay updated on market trends and practices, recommending alternatives for health ecosystem enhancements

- Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and market regulations

- Provide support for ad hoc projects and proposition initiatives

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Business or Healthcare

- 5 years of relevant healthcare experience

- Strong strategy development and proposition development skills

- Sound knowledge of insurance products (added advantage)

- Collaborative mindset with ability to build internal and external relationships

- Agile mindset to adapt to changing macroeconomic settings and customer behaviours

- Skilled in articulating data and reports clearly

- Customer-centric with strong business analysis and insights capabilities

- Excellent communication skills and proven project management experience

- Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
