Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, including Monday 08:00 - 12:00, Wednesday 08:00 - 12:00, Friday 16:30 - 20:30, and Saturday 14:00 - 18:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
