## Description

NVIDIA, a leader in computer graphics and AI computing, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Automotive Team. The successful candidate will contribute to developing innovative, safe, secure, and high-performance automotive systems.

The role involves designing and developing safety and security-compliant system software for NVIDIA's DRIVE platform for autonomous vehicles. Responsibilities include performing development and bring-up activities for next-generation Tegra SOC hardware and systems, architecting and designing software for different OS flavours, and implementing solutions to complex issues within the large DRIVE Platform software stack.

Requirements include a BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering, along with more than 5 years of experience in embedded systems software design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer architecture, operating system fundamentals, and embedded software, as well as experience in areas such as pre-silicon/break-up activities, bootloaders, RTOS-based development, or scalable software architectures. Proficiency in Python/C/C++ programming and debugging skills is essential.

Desirable skills include experience in taking features from inception to product, following the software development process, and hands-on experience with ISO26262 and ISO21434.
