## Description

We are seeking a Junior Manager-Source to Pay - Procurement Operations to join our Global Business Operations team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Source To Pay processes, including Purchase to Pay and Procurement Operations, are working effectively and efficiently, driving value for Diageo, and ensuring control agenda (SOX compliance) across all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and strategically coordinating sourcing requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and eAuctions from the business within agreed SLA's and KPI's

- Identifying opportunities for continuous system and process improvement

- Providing technical support for Marketing category eRFX and eAuction with strategy, content, and overall event management

- Recommending suppliers to participate in sourcing events based on criteria such as diversity, sustainability, commercial advantage, or service delivery

- Building proactive and positively beneficial relationships with key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in a business or procurement-related field

- 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing

- Strong understanding of sourcing and contracting processes and practices

- Advanced business, financial, legal, and commercial acumen

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of consistent performance and delivery

- Mastery in eSourcing tools, Coupa, and CSO will be preferred
