As a Trial Master File (TMF) Specialist I at ICON, you will become familiar with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management activities.

Your role will involve delivering trial master file management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

- Gain familiarity with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management processes

- Contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs related to TMF management

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures

- Assist in the maintenance and organization of TMF documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation filing

You will bring relevant trial master file management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Prior experience in clinical research or document management preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
