## Description

Prudential is seeking an apprentice for its Client Relation team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare draft manual books and socialization materials for review by PIC Client Relations

- Make calls to insurance participants for failed delivery of cards and obtain correct addresses

- Update CR master data

- Support CR in preparing emails to PIC regarding provider lists and monthly health bulletins

- Support CR in updating data for reminders of outstanding billings and client health talks

- Make welcome calls to clients with adjustments to confirm policy issuance and PIC details

Requirements:

- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major

- Willing to work WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta

- Committed to 6-month internship

- Experienced in operating Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian

- Can-do attitude
