## Description

As a Technical Product Owner, you will step into projects when the vision is set and it's time to help clients with their next step: fast and sustainable execution.

Your responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the development, documentation, and understanding of project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders

- Collaborating with internal teams to solve, develop, and implement digital projects

- Owning and maintaining the product backlog, keeping it well-structured, prioritized, and aligned with the client's business goals and roadmap

- Translating client business processes and requirements into actionable development work, and challenging requirements where a simpler or more robust solution exists

- Preparing and leading refinement sessions with the development team, breaking epics down into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria

- Writing and maintaining technical specifications, including functional requirements, integrations, data flows, and API behavior, together with developers and architects

- Assessing technical feasibility and flagging dependencies, risks, and technical debt early, so the team can make informed trade-offs

- Participating in test case definition and user acceptance testing together with QA teams

- Identifying and reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to product teams

- Staying on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discovering issues, and delivering better value to the customer

- Balancing priorities between new features, bug fixes, technical improvements, and maintenance, and clearly explaining those choices to the client and the team

- Keeping stakeholders informed on progress, scope changes, and upcoming releases

- Guarding the project's scope together with project management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a digital agency or client-facing environment

- Strong communication and business writing skills
