## Description

Forbes is seeking a Director of Creator Operations who will build and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers their Creator Network ecosystem.

You will partner closely with Creators and Strategic Operations of Video and Social leadership to streamline internal processes, accelerate business velocity, and turn ambitious creative concepts into highly efficient operational realities.

You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and execution, ensuring that legal, financial, and cross-functional partnerships are seamlessly managed to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

- Contract Management: Manage contract pipelines and accelerate internal approval workflows to close creator and other strategic business deals in a timely manner.

- Podcast Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end operational support for podcast acquisitions and new creator-led media expansions.

- Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with cross-functional teams to manage workflows and approval processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

- New Revenue Initiatives: Lead strategic operational planning and execution for new B2C and B2B creator-led business concepts.

- Process Optimization: Establish, standardize, and scale backend workflows to efficiently support a growing network of high-profile creators and original intellectual property (IP).

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of business operations or business development experience, with a strong preference for a proven track record within the creator economy, digital media, or talent management industries.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $165,000.
