## Plant Quality Manager

We are seeking a Plant Quality Manager to join our team at our Saint Désirat site. As a key member of our site's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and evolving our quality policy to meet customer requirements and industry standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Define and deploy the quality and environmental policy in line with customer requirements, industry standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and audits.

- Support industrialisation and production, from action plans to initial sample validation.

- Manage indicators, audits, and progress plans, both internally and with customers.

- Lead a quality team and sit on the site's Management Committee.

- Manage quality relationships with customers and suppliers, including satisfaction measurement.

- Make decisions: authorise deviations, stop production if necessary.

### Requirements

- Proven experience in industrial quality, ideally in the automotive or a demanding industry.

- Mastery of quality tools and ISO / IATF standards.

- Competence in team management and action plan leadership.

- Fluent English.
