## Description

As a Storemanager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the performance of your own store.

You will work together with the Assistant Storemanager to coach and develop your team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and commercial results.

Your responsibilities include:

- Being the final responsible person for the performance of your store.

- Running your own Coolblue store together with the Assistant Storemanager.

- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team.

- Working on operational and financial goals for your store, together with the Assistant Storemanager, Shift Leads, and Regiomanager.

- Analyzing your store's results and making proactive improvement suggestions.

- Using your commercial insight to identify opportunities for improvement using data.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- At least 3 years of leadership experience in the retail sector.

- Good command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.

- Basic knowledge of French.

- Strong affinity with consumer electronics.

- Proactive approach to improving store concepts and processes.

- Excellent commercial skills.
