## Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaner Driver to join our soft services team at a brand-new, high-profile multi-use complex in West Kensington, London. This landmark development will include corporate offices, event venues, leisure facilities, and restaurants, and is currently in the pre-opening phase.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas of the site. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including weekend work and shift-based availability, to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-footfall environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Operating cleaning machinery - electric vehicle, scrubber-dryers, waste compactors

- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards across designated areas

- Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber-dryers and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively

- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health & safety and COSHH regulations

- Report any defects, issues, or hazards promptly to the Team Leader

- Assist with waste management and recycling processes

- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and use resources efficiently

**Requirements**

- Full UK driving license

- Good understanding of verbal and written English

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work overtime when required

- Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations

**Desirable**

- Previous experience in a cleaning role

- Experience operating cleaning machinery e.g., scrubber-dryers, waste compactors (advantage but not essential)
