## Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza.

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is set in a working olive grove and offers a range of amenities including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience, and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for checking in members and hotel guests, handling various inquiries, and managing payments and cash transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming members and guests in a hospitable manner

- Managing shift breakdown and financial inquiries

- Acting as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and staff

- Performing concierge duties such as booking cars, tickets, and restaurant reservations

- Handling incoming emails and inquiries

- Maintaining knowledge of room types, locations, and layouts

- Communicating with all departments daily to stay updated on operations and changes

- Delegating tasks to valet and luggage storage staff

- Understanding hotel policies on reservations and no-shows

- Preparing expected arrival lists and updating member and guest profiles

- Building positive relationships with members and guests

- Communicating feedback to the management team

Requirements:

- Up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Organised and reliable

- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities

- Multitasking and fast-paced environment experience

- Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are highly valued)
