## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including shelves and stock areas

- Support colleagues during busy periods

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform tasks efficiently

- Develop knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations to customers

**Availability:**

- Part-time role with 30 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027

- Shifts available Monday to Saturday, 10:00-20:00
