## Description

Join Adobe's Benefits Center of Excellence team as a thought leader, transforming the Leave of Absence program into a world-class experience. You'll lead benefits programs across the US and Canada, designing and delivering inclusive, competitive, and value-driven benefits that empower employees to thrive.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support leadership in executing strategic goals and multi-year benefit planning

- Develop partnerships with stakeholders, including Payroll, Legal, and HR Business Partners

- Oversee financial management of benefit programs, including self-funded plans and annual fringe budget planning

- Plan and execute special projects, such as RFP processes and vendor implementations

- Supervise compliance activities, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and provincial regulations

- Analyze absence data and metrics to track program effectiveness

- Drive resolution on complex leave and life cases

- Provide training and support to managers, HR business partners, and employees

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of progressive benefit program management experience

- Strong knowledge of leave practice and regulations, including FMLA and ADA

- Experience administering complex benefit programs for large, multi-state employers

- Demonstrated experience managing complex leave cases and providing excellent employee experience

- Knowledge of ERISA regulations, ADA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

**Nice to Have:**

- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification

- Experience with AI applications in the leave space
