## Description

We are seeking an industrialization engineer to lead the program management of an eDrive power unit program for a future model vehicle at Ford Motor Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing milestone reviews, developing timing plans, maintaining program financials, and supporting component releases.

Responsibilities:

- Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters

- Lead milestone assessments and report-outs to Director level

- Engage in new business proposals and business cases

- Develop and maintain project schedules

- Lead or support TPMT for responsible commodities

- Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Program PMT meeting

- Collect and enter Integrator assessments

- Provide Finance team support

- Coordinate with Team of Four groups and work with Purchasing

- Drive FMA process to ensure on-track delivery

- Write DRPs and drive for approvals

- Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM

- Support WERS release

- eDrive power unit build coordination

Qualifications:

- Project management, leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, organizational skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail

- Clear and concise communication in English

- Microsoft Office application fluency

- Powertrain knowledge

- WERS, Global Integrator, FEDE experience
