## Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to lead HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Lead HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

- Establish project governance, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.

- Lead cross-functional and global project teams to achieve project outcomes.

- Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project roadblocks.

- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and communications plans.

- Monitor project performance and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies.

- Provide updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.

- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure successful execution.

- Promote adoption of PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and templates.

- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and reporting activities as needed.

**Additional Requirements**

- 3-5 years of project management and/or HR experience leading projects and programs.

- Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.

- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

- Experience working in matrixed and global environments preferred.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

- Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment.

- Strong ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.

- PMP certification preferred.
