## Description

ICON is seeking a Contract Analyst I to join the Client Contract Services (CCS) Team. As a Contract Analyst I, you will play a key part in managing the budgeting and drafting of Contracts and Change Orders.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders, and draft the associated contract documents.

- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers.

- Use ICON costing tools and budget templates to prepare accurate budgets.

- Gather input from operational teams and ensure terms reflect cost drivers.

- Create payment schedules and support budget/financial analysis.

- Maintain documentation and update Salesforce consistently.

- Communicate contract status to internal teams and clients.

- Assist or lead meetings related to contracts/change orders.

- Perform initial quality checks on documents.

- Support process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile / Prior Experience:

- 2–8 years’ experience in clinical or laboratory budget and contract development.

- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance).

- Basic financial/budget analysis skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive and process-improvement oriented.
