## Description

Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations.

This role will drive business development of services solutions for customers in the Acquiring & Processing segment across Asia Pacific, especially China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the sales process from research to contract signing

- Engage with core payments teams to assess client needs and provide strategic guidance

- Lead key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow the Services P&L

- Ensure product development efforts meet client needs

- Oversee project delivery and build strong client relationships

- Achieve personal sales targets responsibly and ethically

**Requirements:**

- Experience in analyzing client needs and engaging senior executives

- Ability to develop compelling sales narratives

- Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese

- Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm

- Highest level of self-motivation with a hunting-attitude

- Analytic capabilities and modeling skills

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
