## Description

Greenlight is seeking a Brand Designer to partner with the Design team to build and grow Greenlight's visual brand identity across all marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints.

The successful candidate will concept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight's brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. They will work on various creative projects, such as marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating work that connects with families and clearly communicates Greenlight's product offerings

- Bringing surprise and delight through design

- Differentiating Greenlight in the competitor space

- Driving consistency and cohesion across the brand

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables meet business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company

- A dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines

- Strong visual and verbal communication skills

- Advanced design skills in Figma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Greenlight offers a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay, which will vary depending on location, experience, and skill set. The estimated base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location.
