The role is part of the Intermountain Nurse Residency program, which supports new RN graduates in preparing for and passing the State Boards examination to become licensed RNs. Key responsibilities include: - Collecting patient data, such as vital signs, under RN supervision - Reporting significant changes in patient condition - Assisting with patient care delivery under RN supervision - Participating in patient and family education - Demonstrating responsibility and accountability for patient care delivery - Achieving RN licensure in a timely manner The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, on night shifts at Heber Valley Hospital.
