## Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Red Bull Striker to join our sales team in Blacktown, New South Wales.

As a Red Bull Striker, you will be responsible for owning a designated geographical territory, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Territory Ownership: Deliver against key targets and metrics, build close relationships with 3rd party partners, and master power selling sales techniques.

- Business Development: Strategically approach a defined geographical territory, execute effective visitation of allocated accounts, and help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.

- Long Term Sales Drivers: Develop relationships with key customers, drive the in-store presence of Red Bull, and win "cold can" and cashier placement in all channels.

- Short Term Sales Drivers: Develop relationships with key customers, presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

- 2+ years sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred.

- Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.

- Strong selling skills, negotiation, and objection handling.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

- A valid and full driver's license is required.

- Proficient in written and verbal English.
