## Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a ASSOCIATE, ACTUARIAL SERVICES

In this role you will be part of Par & Universal Life Fund Management and Experience Studies team. Your main responsibility will be supporting experience monitoring, assumption setting, impact/sensitivity testing, and Universal Life Fund Management in the Actuarial Services Department to support business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the monthly and quarterly delivery of management information for internal stakeholders.

- Supporting ad-hoc actuarial projects and onboarding of new products.

- Working closely with the group office and external Actuarial consultants, ensuring adherence to the HSBC guidelines and statutory regulations.

To be successful you will need:

- 0 to 2 years of Actuarial experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to work independently, work well with others as interaction with other departments may be required.

- Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

- Experience in SQL/Python and/or Prophet is a plus.
