## Description

As a Quality Auditor at 3M's Ensenada plant, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and environmental policies are followed.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading inspections of raw materials, finished products, and production operations

- Conducting process and finished product audits

- Implementing statutory requirements such as AS9100 and customer requirements to ensure products meet expectations

- Motivating others to prioritise quality in all manufacturing processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least secondary education, with a desirable qualification being high school or a related degree

- 6 months of experience in a similar position, with 1 year being desirable

- Strong focus on results, planning, and organisation

- Discipline in procedures and orientation towards customers

- Ability to work in a team and tolerate stress

- Basic English skills and proficiency in MS-Office applications

- Interpretation of engineering drawings and plans

- Experience with measurement equipment
