## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, Thursdays to Saturdays, 4am-8am, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, thriving in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

This is a frontline role requiring resilience, commitment, and flexibility. You'll be a brand ambassador, driving growth in sales and ensuring customers feel valued.
