## Description

Join Accor, a leading hospitality group, at the Green Coast Hotel, a luxury beachfront hotel in Palasë, Albania. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly

- Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared according to service standards

- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus

Additional Information: The company provides accommodation in a shared apartment, daily transportation between the accommodation and the hotel, and two meals per day on working days. Additionally, the company covers round-trip flight tickets from the candidate's home country, including airport transfers upon arrival and departure.
