## Description

As a Cafe Manager at Morrisons in Scarborough, you will be responsible for running a welcoming and vibrant café, leading a team to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high stock availability, and ensuring customers leave satisfied.

You will:

- Empower your team to provide friendly, attentive service, listening to customer feedback.

- Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, providing training for colleagues.

- Drive performance and standards, guiding colleagues to meet operational and sales targets.

- Plan resources, manage daily routines, and build relationships with other store departments.
