## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Germany. You will work in a modern, digital, and hybrid work environment, providing personalised advice to private customers through various channels.

Your tasks:

- Provide tailored advice to private customers via digital media (phone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email) on topics such as accounts, services, personal loans, and precautionary products.

- Take responsibility for a pool of customers, acquire new customers for the digital private customer segment, and continuously develop customer relationships.

- Identify needs using standardised consulting processes and refer customers to specialised areas when necessary.

- Conduct high-quality consultations over the phone and provide excellent customer service.

- Actively contribute to the team, support colleagues, and share expertise.

- Assist in the induction of new employees and take on deputy tasks in daily control.

Requirements:

- Banking or comparable qualification.

- Expertise in digital consulting, sales of personal loans, and precautionary products.

- Proficiency in using digital media (telephone, video consultation, screen sharing).

- In-depth knowledge of personal loans, IDD certification, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong communication and sales skills.
