We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our New Nurse RN Residency Program. This program is designed for new graduate nurses who want to gain experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse in this program, you will work alongside experienced nurses and receive mentorship and guidance to help you succeed. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments and develop your skills in critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices

- Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and safety

Requirements:

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

- Completion of an accredited nursing program

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospital setting

- BSN degree

- Certification in a specialty area, such as pediatrics or critical care
