## Description

We're looking for an Emirati Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you'll help us with data and reporting support, weekly performance review management, and variance analysis.

## What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Finance & Strategy team.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

- Maintain and update performance datasets used by the team.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses.

- Contribute to improving reporting processes and templates where possible.

- Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data.

- Analyze key metrics and highlight trends or anomalies.

- Draft clear, fact-based commentary explaining performance drivers.

- Track actual performance against targets or prior periods.

- Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context.

- Summarize findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership team.

## What You'll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables.

- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances.

- Structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- Clear and concise written communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.

- Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).
