## Description

We are seeking a Research Associate, RWE, Korea to join our Clinical Solutions team.

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for delivering project outputs that are within budget and timelines and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting literature reviews and online research to support Real World Evidence projects

- Conducting patient interviews to gain insights into healthcare

- Preparing presentation materials and assisting in document development for Real World Evidence protocols, reports, manuscripts, posters, etc.

- Summarizing research data

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in economics, public health or other health-related fields or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum of one to two years of related industry experience

- The ability to develop an understanding of retrospective and prospective research methods, phase IIIB/IV study designs, HEOR and related methodology

- Strong personal communication and good teamwork skills

- Extensive experience with personal computers and knowledge of statistical software

- Fluency in written English

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10%)
