## Description

As a Public Area Attendant at Soho Farmhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all front-of-house and shared guest spaces.

Key duties include:

- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the club, including lobbies, lounges, hallways, lifts, restrooms, and entrances

- Regularly checking and restocking public area supplies

- Ensuring all furniture, fixtures, artwork, and surfaces are dusted, polished, and in top condition

- Responding promptly to spills, stains, or urgent cleaning needs

- Following established schedules and task lists while being flexible to dynamic operational needs

- Monitoring lighting, air quality, and fragrance levels

- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Facilities team

- Supporting event setup or breakdown in public areas when required

- Maintaining accurate cleaning records and following health & safety and COSHH guidelines

- Offering polite, professional responses to member or guest enquiries
