## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Köln. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our private customers on various banking products and services through digital media, such as telephone, video consultation, and email.

Your tasks:

- Provide tailored advice to private customers on digital media

- Manage a portfolio of customers and develop customer relationships continuously

- Identify customer needs using standardized consulting processes and refer customers to specialized areas when necessary

- Conduct high-quality consultations and achieve sales targets

- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's performance

- Support leadership in onboarding new employees and take on representative tasks in daily operations

Requirements:

- Banking-related education or equivalent qualification

- Certified investment advisor or willingness to obtain certification

- Experience in digital consulting and sales of personal loans and precautionary products

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services

- Excellent communication and sales skills

- Ability to work in a team and lead others
