## Description

We are seeking an Associate or Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting production across all phases of manufacturing.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide production support during all phases of manufacturing

- Create bills of material and production build plans, and implement manufacturing plans

- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies

- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines

- Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs, and maintain program architecture for build

- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements

- Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices

- Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions

- Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule

- Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, and technologies

- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems

- Implement lean principles and technologies

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent

- 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing

- Experience with 3D Modeling applications such as Catia, Siemens NX, Creo

- Experience using manufacturing execution systems such as TipQA Shopfloor Execution or Costpoint

- Experience in creation of manufacturing planning and lean manufacturing
