## Description

You will be building reliable enterprise storage infrastructure that is scalable, resilient, and supports critical engineering workloads.

As an Enterprise Storage Architect at Synopsys, you will architect, deploy, and tune enterprise SAN and NAS solutions across NetApp, Pure Storage, and EMC/Isilon platforms that support engineering workloads globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building automation for storage provisioning, monitoring, and management using Python, Perl, Bash, and Ansible

- Troubleshooting complex storage and Linux system issues, including performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems

- Designing and implementing storage solutions in public cloud environments

- Leading storage architecture projects from evaluation through deployment

The impact you will have includes:

- Directly determining whether engineering teams can scale their workloads or hit storage bottlenecks

- Eliminating hundreds of hours of manual provisioning work each quarter

- Ensuring semiconductor design workflows run predictably and efficiently

- Reducing storage-related incidents and mean time to resolution

Requirements include:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting and managing enterprise SAN/NAS solutions

- Deep technical knowledge of NetApp, Pure Storage, and EMC/Isilon platforms

- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

- Experience automating infrastructure tasks using Python, Perl, Bash, and Ansible

- Experience with public cloud storage services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
