## Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at the Porsche Service Centre St. Moritz.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing customer support from appointment scheduling to vehicle return

- Advising and selling service and repair services

- Creating cost estimates, orders, and service invoices

- Assisting in ensuring and planning optimal workshop utilisation

- Implementing service processes according to quality and brand standards

- Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments

- Ensuring high customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Basic technical training in the automotive industry

- Experience as a Service Advisor and/or commercial further education

- Friendly demeanour and enjoyment of direct customer contact

- Reliable, resilient, and independent work style

- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high service orientation

- Good German and Italian language skills in writing and speaking, English advantageous

- Good computer skills, experience with garage/DMS systems advantageous
